Highly recommended!! We had a truly wonderful stay at the Winterberg Resort and will definitely be back! The location is simply stunning – surrounded by nature and perfect for unwinding. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast. The selection was exceptionally large and high-quality, even including avocado – something you rarely find in hotels. The barbecue in the evening was also a real highlight. There was an incredible variety, and everything was delicious. We would especially like to commend the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The hotel is also very child- and dog-friendly. There's a lovely children's playroom as well as a separate changing room, which is fantastic for families. Our dog was also warmly welcomed – a water bowl and treats were already waiting for us in the room. These little touches make all the difference. Another nice touch was that a large TV was set up especially for the World Cup, so we could watch the matches together. We also took advantage of the new massage service, which perfectly rounded off our stay. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay. A definite recommendation for families, couples, and dog owners. Great location, staff and food - highly recommended Really beautiful hotel, and a lovely location. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and wide selection of choices. Well presented and kept well stocked. Rooms were comfortable and clean, lovely fluffy robes! Really enjoyed the saunas as well, just what was needed after an active day! Location is fabulous for mountain biking, close to several decent downhill parks. Staff at the hotel were the best, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Baris in particular went above and beyond, we had a biking injury and he helped us with the hospital visit due to language barrier and made sure we had all we needed after the accident - thank you, Baris!
