Member Benefits
- Direct Member Rate: 5% off our best available rate when you book on our website or by phone.
- Early check in subject to availability. Prefer to arrive before 3 pm? Tell reception and we will arrange it whenever possible.
- Late check out subject to availability. Sleep in without rush and leave a little later when available.
- More flexible cancellation for direct bookers, so you can adjust plans with fewer worries.
- Individual Requests: Share preferences such as room location or special services and we will do our best to make them happen.
- Good Weather Guarantee: If the weather is not right, you can end your stay early without losing the prorated remaining value. Within twelve months you can continue your holiday with the remaining value fully credited.
Lifetime Loyalty Based on Your Past Stays
Your loyalty is rewarded for life. Based on your previous completed stays with us, you receive a permanent discount for every future direct booking:
- 5 stays: 5% off
- 10 stays: 10% off
- 15 or more stays: 15% off
We will confirm your lifetime level at booking. The lifetime discount replaces the standard 5% member rate when it is higher.

Book 3 or more nights in the new Apartments until the end of 2025 and we give you one night as our gift.

- Applies to direct bookings via our website or by phone.
- Direct Member Rate 5% applies to our best available rate on selected dates and room types.
- Lifetime loyalty level is based on previous completed stays at Hotel Winterberg Resort and gives a permanent discount on future direct bookings. The lifetime discount applies to the room rate and replaces the standard 5% when higher. Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
- Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
- Flexible cancellation conditions may vary by season and rate type.
- Good Weather Guarantee credit equals the unused, prorated room value of the current stay, redeemable within twelve months from departure, non transferable, no additional reservation fees.
